Over the last few days I have mostly been getting baked to death. I'm not very good at hot and humid weather. The office has been stuffy and horrible, then I go outside and it's even worse! I need to remember this post when winter comes back round and I'm moaning about it being cold. I really do wish it would rain though as the grass is scorching now and the horses will be getting hungry. But one thing I do like at the moment (there had to be at least something I can't moan about right?) is the light nights. I love it when it's still twilight at half past ten.

I know I've missed loads of fannish LJ stuff this week. I keep seeing Doctor Who fics recced everywhere and I still haven't got a Parting of the Ways icon. Rubbish. I just never have enough time - I want extra hours to go with the extra daylight!

There's nothing left on the TV now everything that I watch has finished:

Smallville (OMG helicoptors cannot fly like that, I don't care whether they're dodging meteors or not),
Dead Like Me (last episode ever! But I find myself not caring too much),
Doctor Who (!!!! How far away is Christmas??!) and
Lost (I never posted about the last episode did I - my reaction:!!!!!!!!!)

Did I ever pimp iharthdarth? If you've managed to get away without seeing it so far and you have a vague interest in Star Wars have a look because it is hilarious.

I'm SO stealing that icon. I've been looking for one for ages, because I'm lazy and don't want to make one myself.

Also, Dead Like Me totally didn't need to end. I loved it.

Hee! I think I'll make some more icons of it this weekend - it's so damn cute!

I loved Dead Like Me. I was very pissed off when it got cancelled. I just think that it lost something towards the end of the season and that's a shame.
