Rabid Killer Attack Ants ... Of Doom
I've just been attacked by ants while pulling ragwort at the field. How was I to know that piece of ragwort was their home? They were all over my arms!! Aaargh. Most upsetting. And I got stung by a nettle on the leg. I think Oscar should be more appreciative of my efforts. The git has never once said thank-you.
I can't believe it's so hot here still. I'm sure I've caught the sun a little bit on my shoulders and I didn't get down to the field until half past six. The office has the worst air conditioning in the world - I'm sure it doesn't actually work. I think a couple of people had thermometers today and it was about 28 degrees in there! And extremely humid. In the middle of winter I was in there with my coat and scarf on and once even gloves. I can't believe that the HQ of a global export company has got such a shit air conditioning system. I know that the building used to be a talcum powder factory and wasn't designed to be offices but still... not good.
Idiot co-worker continues to be stupid and useless - but I now know that other people realise this. The boss apparently knows how crap she is and is monitoring her. I feel bad slagging her off sometimes because she's actually really nice, but then she does something idiotic that takes me an entire afternoon to sort out and I suddenly don't care.
