An actual update!
I'm off on holiday to Ireland on Saturday! I can't believe how quickly it's come round - I'm sure it's still May. I think I may try and get Friday off work so that I can pack and sort myself out. It's all very exciting. Hopefully I'll get to meet up with ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
niannah at the weekend while I'm in Dublin which will be super cool. I'm hoping that it doesn't rain too much while I'm over there because although I'm packing my waterproofs, it would be nice to get a little bit of sun.
The desk space is being reorganised at work so my team has moved to the opposite side of the building. The people from the opposite side of the building are now sitting where we did. I'm sure there was some logic behind it at some point but it seems to have got lost somewhere along the way. My desk is bigger and nicer now but I feel really isolated - there's only three of us in the corner whereas before I could speak to about six or seven people without even getting up from my desk. I suppose it will motivate me to get off my arse a bit more but I don't know if I like it. Especially seeing as the two people I'm with are Stupid As Fuck co-worker and sleazy boy.
My new phone is awesome. I am using its fabulous powers of mp3 ringtones to secure my place as the biggest geek in the world. That's right - when someone rings me, my phone plays the 1970 Doctor Who theme tune. Ha! *is sad*
I've been filling up some of my empty icon slots and I've even made a few! I'm not really bored but I thought I'd give GOB a test drive.
