Some back-from-lunch procrastination

silent_chris: Write 20 random facts about yourself then tag the same amount of people as minutes it takes you to write the facts except for I shun tagging so I'm not.
-I used to own a pair of slippers that were shaped like ducks.
-I hate speaking on the phone apart from to friends.
-I can currently see a man walking about on the roof of the factory opposite my building.
-I'm petrified of heights.
-I like dinosaurs.
-I like insects.
-I like cats.
-I represented my riding club in gymkhana games for three years running - I have l33t dismounting from a canter skills (but only from little ponies).
-I have had my horse Oscar for ten years.
-Oscar still hates me.
-My first internet fandom was Stargate SG-1.
-I'd never been on the internet or sent an email until I went to uni at 18 (back in 1998!).
-I use energy saving light bulbs.
-I have an obsession with stationery (these 19mm bulldog clips I have are so cute!).
-I quite enjoy filing.
-I wear contact lenses and glasses (but not together because that would be silly).
-I haven't got a driving licence.
-I have a BSc in Biology.
-I'm only 5 foot tall.
-I used to collect sweet wrappers as a child so that in the future I'd be able to see what they looked like back in the mid-eighties (I've since lost the collection and would actually now love to see what the wrappers looked like then!).

Heights terrify me.
gymkhana is cool. I used to be able to dismount at the canter, but then it ocurred to me that it was a long way down moving that fast and a girl could get hurt doing that. So I taught my kids at camp to do it :) Much easier from ponies.

The last time I had a go at any games was about three years ago at uni and I beat everyone! Mwah! I did used to damage myself quite frequently doing games as a teenager though.
