I actually managed to ride today and avoid the rain. A miracle. Everything is covered in Oscar hair now because he's moulting so much - it's literally coming out in hand-fulls. Perhaps I could stuff some cushions with it and sell them on ebay...

Oh god. I'm feeling so dull at the moment that I can't even think of any inanities to post about on LJ. Let's see what I can come up with:

I watched Letters from Pegasus earlier. I love Rodney's ramble about his cat and he just looks so cute throughout that whole monologue! Yay Rodney!

That should do it. I think I should get bonus points for it being something to do with fandom.

i do hate the moulting. This is why I am thankful every year for the woman who was so kind as to give me a Clipmaster Clipper set so that I can mow the horses before they start shedding.

There *must* be something to do with All That Fur.

I adore Letters From Pegasus. It's one o fmy most watched episodes.

I daren't clip Oscar nowadays (not that I ever did myself! I'd probably make a right pigs ear of it) because it's so difficult to keep weight on him in winter now and it's still so bloody cold. I can't wait until he can have his rugs off!

We can totally start up a business on ebay selling scratchy cushions made with 100% natural unwashed horse hair.

I figure that since I don't show them, it's okay if I mess it up. And the pony looks pretty stupid with his cut. My mom says he looks like he's in a teacup because the hair below is so thick

I know how it goes with the cold thing. My boys are generally pretty easy keepers. They thrive more when fed more, but it takes them a bit to really start dropping weight. And it really doesn't get all that cold here. We almost have to clip them if we want to ride at all before they fully shed out.

that idea amuses me greatly. I'm especially a fan of the unwashed bit. That way you get the natural aroma of horse and barn with every item! Little girls everywhere would give their right arm for that!

And I love your layout. :D
