state of the me
I've been feeling a lot better since Sunday. It's just my lower back that's been hurting when I sit down. I had a steroid injection in my bum (oh my god, the needle was massive) this afternoon and it kicked in half way through Sex in the City (mindless entertainment but I did enjoy it) which was good because I thought I'd be in agony after two hours sitting down in the cinema. Hopefully I'll be able to get a good nights sleep tonight and that'll be the end of it. \o/
Despite a bit of random rain earlier it actually feels like a summer evening at last. I love it when it's only just dark at ten. Of course the flip side of that is that it's dark at four in six months time, but luckily summer always comes round again.
