Dom on Craig Kilbourn
So I've just watched Dom on the Late Late Show.
I'd never even heard of the show this time last year. When I was in LA nearly a year ago, I decided I had to do the cheesy thing and watch a show being filmed. And Craig Kilbourn (irritating man) was the one we randomly picked. It was very amusing, mostly for the hilarious people in the audience. The guy next to me was shouting "Free shit!" all the way through - possibly in an attempt to get some free shit. He confided to me half way through that his throat hurt from shouting. Luckily, the shouting was not in vain as he did indeed get some free shit - a Rob Zombie CD. Rob Zombie and some baseball coach were the guests I think. Very inspiring. Cheesy tourist things never cease being amusing. Although being the sad geeks that we are, whilst in LA, my friend and I went to the Le Brea tarpit museum. It was cool! And there were skeletons! And we saw a hummingbird outside the studios!
Anyway, I digress. Dom was indeed adorable on the show. I was surprised at how Amerianised his accent is becoming as it's a while since I heard him speak. It'll be a shame if he loses his accent. Then again, when I was watching TTT:EE interviews a while ago, I was amused at how English Elijah sounded sometimes.
I loved how Dom loves David Attenborough. Sir David Attenborough is as a god in my eyes and I treasure my signed copy of the Life Of Birds. Unfortunately, my dreams of marrying Dom, having ten thousand of his babies and living in utopian bliss, secure in our mutual love of David Attenborough have been cruelly dashed. He apparently prefers American girls as they sound more glamorous than us common British folk. Bless him. Though I do know what he means. To me, American accents sound normal on the TV, but in real life they sound unreal. America is like some strange land that doesn't really exist, full of cheerleaders, homecoming queens, cops, cowboys, creationists and very large cars.
I digress again. I was amused by Dom's quashing of the 'gay rumours' about him and Elijah. He didn't deny him and Billy though. So it must be true! Yes it is! In conclusion, Dom truely is teh sex. And Craig Kilbourn is an arse who couldn't understand Dom. And David Attenborough rules.
