This Saturday I was working. After I finished, I fought the throngs of Saturday afternoon shoppers on the way to the bus stop. As I happened to pass WH Smiths I thought sod it and bought the first half of Angel season 4 on video. I have now watched the first eight episodes and it's better than I expected it to be so far. One of my few complaints is that Wesley doesn't wear his glasses enough. I think I'll have to buy the second half in a few days time. That's no problem of course as I'm made of money. All I have to do is snap a couple of fingers off and hand them over at the checkout. No problem.
I'm not particularly enjoying the whole Connor thing. I just want him to get a hair cut. I thought that Spin the Bottle where they lose their memories was great. It's probably one of those episodes that everyone hates for being naff and a rip-off etc, but I like to judge stuff by how much I enjoyed it at the time. I just loved the way it was narrated by Lorne. Also, Angel saying 'You stopped the tiny men from singing.' goes down as one of my favourite lines along with Giles' tiny, tiny babies thing. I obviously just like the word tiny. Or something.
I am very tired. I make no sense.
ETA: Does anyone know where there are some nice ATS screencaps? I've tried looking before and not come up with much. Must sleep now
