Mood themes, weird shit and Tom Lenk!

Yay! I worked out [livejournal.com profile] fabricatedvoice's super-shibby Trio mood theme. Today I am feeling indescribable. I have a sneaking suspision that Andrew has something to do with Warren's expression in that there picture. Thanks Fab!

I had a really disturbing, but at the time not that frightening, dream last night which involved Samantha Carter being eviscerated whilst alive. David Duchovny was also eviscerated and then eaten whilst alive by some unknown people. I distinctly remember him eating his own fingers. Some sick shit. What is also weird is that in the dream it was Sam, not Amanda Tapping, and David Duchovny as opposed to Mulder - though, in comparison to the cannibalism it's not that weird... I don't want to go to sleep tonight.

In other non-disturbing news: Tom Lenk at the Fusion con in Blackpool! I am not tempted to go. Nope. Not me.

Dude, that is one freaky-ass dream! That's the kind of thing you *never* find in dream books. "Dreaming of death is a good thing" - yes, but what if it's a death caused by a giant vulture that eats livers out of people in a hospital lobby that looks like a football field?

That was a freaky dream of mine once. *ugh*

Anyway. You're not tempted by Fusion, eh? Even though me, Jen and Emony need a fourth person for the hotel rooms, if we all decide to go and hey, what are the chances we won't? Hmm. You are made of strong stuff, dear Cee.

That dream is wrong, and also wrong. At least they were in hospital though...

You are made of strong stuff, dear Cee.

Indeed I am. With the will power of someone who erm --- has no will power. As I said in the reply to Emony, it would be really cool to go. I'm a con virgin and all the cool kids have lost their con virginity. Who am I to resist peer pressure? Tom Lenk dude! *insert fangirl wibbling here*

Also: Wheeeeee! You're using your birthday icon!

*big eyes* It's *Tom*!

*wibbles*

I've never been to a con but there has to be a first time for everything eh? It would be super cool. And also with the meeting people - scary but fun. I really would love to go. And ya know, it would be for a good cause and everything what with the making up numbers...

I'm really good at talking myself into stuff!

*wibbles at Tom Lenkness again*

I totally promise I'm not a psycho stalker axe murdering 60 year old man pretending to be a girl.

Good, good. Always nice to hear. Mind you, I had that disturbing evisceration dream last night...

The money thing is a big factor, but to be honest, it's six months away. That's plenty of time to save, or rob a bank, or win the lottery, or marry a billionaire etc.

I will definitely be thinking about it!

*gets excited*

Damn my lack of resolve.

I must be seriously thinking of going as I've just looked at the prices for train tickets! At 25 quid how can I say no? Are you still getting your tickets this week?

You should go to Fusion! Go because I can't and need someone to live vicariously through!

Oh, and last night I dreamt about a guy's face falling off and his head writhing with maggots. It was appalling. :P

I know I should go! But hey, living vicariously through other people is the way to go. It's much cheaper than the real thing.

And you're right. Anything involving maggots and writhing is appalling... What is it with these fucked up dreams?

Maybe it's divine punishment for being pervs?

Cons are fun. You should totally go if you can.

If money's an issue, you might see if they need volunteers. A lot of cons (around here, at least) will let you work a few hours a day in exchange for free admission. Plus, it can be fun. I've done everything from working at the Art Show to helping out in the autograph room in my years as a volunteer.

I should definitely go! Peer pressure is a terrible thing...
