Rant alert
Had the shittiest of shit days at work. This stupid fucker kept calling back and having a go at me. It's not my fault the company is shit. I hung up on him the last time. I'm not paid to take shit from people like that. Stupid call centre. I'm not good at confrontations, I was shaking by the end and felt sick. I know I shouldn't care but it was horrible.

If you don't have the decency to ask for service nicely, you shouldn't be allowed to get it.
I'll drink to that. What really annoyed me was that he called in again today, got though to a manager and they actually pushed him through the queue. To me that just shows that if you get angry, make a fuss and shout a lot you get what you want. If you're polite and courteous you don't get anything. Humph.
