Interview of Doom

I survived the interview yesterday. Just! It was a pretty scary day and I was absolutely knackered last night. Having an interview with a panel of four people is not my idea of fun. I just employed the strategy of 'if I keep talking they can't ask me another horrible question'. I'm not sure how it went but I guess I'll find out in a few weeks time... I know that if by some small miracle they did offer it to me then I'd take it. I liked the department and the supervisor of the project seemed pretty friendly.

Also, I got to hold a fossil from the Burgess Shale which was very cool and I was very frightened that I was going to drop it! It was a fossil of Anomalocaris jaws.

Did I say that I've got an interview at Cambridge in two weeks? Well I have and I'm absolutely bricking myself about it. It looks like it'll be a really horrible day - worse than yesterday.

Off to bed because I'm still knackered.
