A question

Oh god. Smallville spent an entire episode moralising about making sure your 'first time' is special. I think I was sick into my mouth slightly. Why can't I give up that show? It's like crack cocaine.

Say I was to make a rec list, would it be better to split it up by genre or time frame? e.g an angsty Sirius/Remus Hogwarts era fic lumped with a fluffy Hogwarts era fic, or an angsty Hogwarts era fic lumped with angsty post-Azkaban fic? I can't decide which would be best. My gut instinct was to go with chronological but it might be more useful to go by genre. What do you reckon?

Mine is set by Era, but basically because I don't read anything Post OotP, a.k.a. "Post Veil". I mean, I like Angst but I'm not that masochistic. :P

I haven't seen many Lists done by Genre, that's true. Either way, I suggest a note or something that lets us know if it's a WIP or if it's finished. I hate it when the List makes me want to read something and then it's not done. AHHH!!

Ha! I'm obviously a masochist! Only when I'm in the mood for it though.

I still haven't decided which way I'm going to do it yet! It's too hard to choose! I don't really read many WIPs but I'll definitely mark it if I rec one.
