That's utter crap. That's also half what mine is naturally, which is also crap, I assure you.
So I sing a little song that I wrote based on my own personal experience. It's called "The Pill".
"Go on the pill, even just for a while, it won't make you ill, and will make you... smile."
Okay, it's lame. But it's from the heart. :)
I hope you can snuggle up tomorrow and feel nice and cosy.

I was on the pill for a good few years up until Christmas last year and I think I've still got about four months worth in my drawer at home. I'll probably go back on it again because I can't stand this! Stupid body.
