Le Weekend
So this weekend I have:
- forgotten that the new HP is out next week;
- watched random old school Doctor Who episodes;
- watched some Arrested Development;
- had my hair cut - it's all straight and nice at the moment;
- eaten one and a half packets of Fox's Chocolate Viennese biscuits;
- got up earlier than I do for work because the farrier was coming;
- been embarrassed because Oscar was dicking around for the farrier. Of course five minutes later he stood there like a donkey with his eyes shut.
But most of all I have been hot. Stupid weather.
Going back to HBP - it wasn't until all the posts started appearing on LJ about spoilers that I remembered it comes out next week. My spoiler policy is that I will be LJ cutting any discussion here and hoping that everyone else does the same, because unfortunately I am one of those people who rabidly avoids spoilers (though sometimes I just can't help myself - but I want that to be *my* decision). So yeah, I shan't be happy if someone posts OMG SIRIUS COMES BACK FROM THE DEAD AND SHAGS REMUS IN CHAPTER NINE without a cut. Well, I would be happy about the shagging bit, just not the spoiler. I saw Serenity in February and you've not seen any spoilers over here have you? Oh by the way, MAL TURNS OUT TO BE SIDESHOW BOB.

I can't believe you just spoiled me about Mal being Sideshow Bob. Of course, now that you say it, it all becomes so much clearer...

I don't know why I kept forgetting! I had it in my head that it was the end of July and I never remembered the exact date. It kind of snuck up on me - this year is going by far too fast!
Oscar is a complete divvy! He was having new shoes. He only has front ones though so it doesn't take too long.
It does seem obvious when you think about it - I think it's the gigantic feet that tipped me off.
