I'm all filled with fannish glee at the moment what with my Doctor Who love and my revitalised Sirius/Remus love. It's great! I'm going to use my lovely new Brokeback Mountain icon now because I've used my Doctor/Rose icon for the last three posts and I think they need to rest. (But I secretly want to use it again). But yeah, reading HBP has really got me back into a Harry Potter fannish mood. I could read about the Marauders all day. Perhaps I'll finish off that S/R recs list that I started months ago.

Oh god, it's cold in here. I hate British summers - it wouldn't be too bad if the weather stayed more or less the same for a few months. I was down at the field with my big coat on again today.

OMG HI!

I'm coming over in the last week of August. Me and some friends from uni are spending two days in Dublin and then six (I think) days in various places in Kerry and flying home from Cork! Very exciting!

Cool! I'll be here. I think the 20th might be my parents' wedding anniversary, but if not the Saturday then for sure the Sunday. Fantastic! :)

Cool! I'm so excited for this trip because a) I've never been to Ireland, b) I'm hopefully going to see lots of cool stuff and birds and scenery, c) it's a week off work, d) it's a week with my friends from uni, and e) hopefully meet up with you!

lol! Probably. I must get my Kerry photos together because I got pictures of jellyfish and a funnel-web spider (though I doubt the poisonous kind). Also some cows and some sparrows, but they don't sound as cool.

So do your friends know you're a big internet geek or do we have to pretend we met at summercamp? ;)

My friends do indeed know I'm a big internet geek! And mock me. Actually, one of the people that I'm going with (who shares her name with you incidentally) knows about my LJ and occasionally comments.
