An entry which is partially about vacuuming

It's amazing how many wood shavings find their way home from the stables and end up on the stairs, the landing, my bed, under the dining room table &tc. I think they must have a sock fetish as they certainly love sticking to mine and then leaping free once I reach a carpet. I vacuumed the entire house yesterday and I've just found more on the stairs. Aaaargh. There are also muddy dog prints in the bathroom. Pets are ok as long as a) they are hairless and therefore do not shed, b) do not require bedding that sticks to socks, c) do not go anywhere near mud, ever and d) do not, under any circumstances, vomit on the landing overnight.

Today - I have made some Atlantis icons and I rode Oscar for the first time since Christmas Eve.

Next Friday I should (hopefully) find out whether I still have a job when the new company takes us over. I hope that I don't have to interview. I have to fill in a stupid "talent management" form with my key achievements, skills and blah blah blah. I HATE doing that sort of stuff.

Oh wow, that sounds rotten. I'd much prefer an interview, rather than a form. That kind of thing is so awkward and difficult!

If I look on the bright side, it's a good opportunity to update my CV with all the meaningless phrases I'm generating for this form! I might have to have an interview as well. Sorry, to use the correct terminology, that's a 'conversation' not an interview. I'll have to wait and see I guess.

the worst shavings are not those that get in your socks (though those are really annoying, especially when you get riding and they start randomly digging into your ankle, and you Can't Kill It), but the ones that get down your pants. How on earth do they get there? It's like really big itchy sand!

you forgot the Do Not EVER poop on the house or anything in it. what a way to start the day.

I know! How do they get there!? The worst is when it gets in your bra though. That's just mystifying...

I missed off peeing on anything as well! Rather large omissions I think! One of the cats (or the dog - haven't worked out who it is yet!!) has started weeing on the rug in the living room in the night unless the door is shut. Nice.
