Randomness.
I got back from my trip to Cambridge earlier and I had a great time of not doing very much with my friend. One afternoon we layed under the covers on the sofa-bed in the living room and listened to the ROTK soundtrack (oh my god - only four days left until I can see it!!!!). We also did other stuff such as going out for dinner and shopping but it's nice just to do nothing with a friend sometimes. Her boyfriend's the active type who is all for going and doing things in the evening all the time, but I think my friend is as lazy as me (and as broke) and just likes to do nothing sometimes! It's a hell of a lot cheaper, that's for sure.
I'm now making my way though 36895088 friends pages. I've only been away a few days! Tomorrow will be the day to read all those Jonathan ficathon fics I think.
On a sad note, this morning, Fluff, the cat at the stables had to be put down. She was such a lovely little cat. We took her with us when we moved the horses to a different field at the beginning of the year because no one at the old stables would have bothered feeding her. I think once upon a time she was someones house cat as she wasn't like a farm cat at all. She was very affectionate and always wanted some attention. We don't know what happened to her. She hurt her back about a week ago and we got painkillers and anti-inflammatories from the vets, but this morning she had lost use of her back legs and there was not much the vet could do for her, so the kindest thing was to put her down. I'm never having another animal again unless it's immortal.
