summer!!!

I swore I wasn't going to post again until it was summer (or maybe I had nothing to say?) and now it is! Sun! Blue sky! No rain! It's a miracle! I hope there's no relapse...

I think I've decided that I'm going to make the move to Hull on the 25th August - the bank holiday weekend. That'll give me a week and a half after I get the keys (and then i can measure the room and remember what colour the walls and carpet are) to buy a settee and a couple of other bits and bobs before I go up. I've got to organise a removal company now to take my furniture. So many things to organise. Aaaargh.

Wow, I don't post for a week and then nothing but pure gold in a post! Or not.

Summer! Is that when the big yellow ball is in a big blue sky and I don't need an umbrella? Because that happened here today too!

Furniture shopping is fun, but I reckon furniture removal is not as much fun. Are you taking all your giant furniture with you? Very exciting to be moving, though. :)

I've heard that this is summer, yes. It's all a bit scary!

I've made many trips to the Ikea up the road recently - very good fun! And yes, I'm taking all my Giant Furniture with me (I just realised I can use my giant furniture tag again!)! I'm trying not to think about the actual move and looking forward to just being there and being able to get some plant and pictures and other nice things for the flat.

This weather has been mental!

We can have moving stress together. Gah. I'm sure it'll all be fine in the end. I'm quite excited really but there's just so much stuff to sort out. Have you got a place sorted that you're moving to?
