Bid to ban hybrid embryos fails. Thank god. The reporting of this story has been driving me mad - I've even heard the word 'humanzee' used. What a load of bollocks. If the media had done a more responsible job of reporting this story there would have been a lot less hysteria about it. Anyone would think that the evil scientists were trying to create part human, part cow monstrosities for their own nefarious purposes. At least this has finally given me something to agree with Gordon Brown about.
