brownies

I've just randomly made chocolate brownies, but I didn't have any eggs so I had to look up an eggless recipe. They haven't cooled yet so I've no idea what the recipe is like. This is only noteworthy as I never randomly bake or cook stuff that I don't have to, and it took me an hour to make them and then 25 minutes to clean the kitchen - how do I manage to get flour and cocoa everywhere?!

ETA: I've just eaten one and they're not entirely unpleasant - I'd even go so far as to say they're pretty nice! I'm sure that's all down to my improvised chocolate chips that I put in (randomly chopped up bits of chocolate). Looks like my translation of an American recipe was successful - well done that website which translated 'cup' measurements for me.

Feel a bit sick now...

That's terribly impressive. Baking in general, and even more so baking without eggs. What keeps them together? Milk?
