I just accidentally poured hot candle wax all over my left hand. This was quite painful. Once, I singed my fringe on a candle (do you remember that my anonymous lurker friend?) Cretin. Me and candles are unmixy things.

The moral of this story kids, is don't read fic and play with candles at the same time.

I was going to say don't read porn and play with candles at the same time, but that might have given the wrong impression...

Maybe I'm weird, but I like dipping my fingers in candle wax. I do it after it's blown out, so I don't get burned, though. Doesn't hurt too bad then. :)

It's mostly okay now - just a bit red! I like playing with candle wax too, but generally not right after it's just been sitting under the flame... I was just very glad that I didn't pour it into my keyboard...
