Lost continues to rock my socks. Shannon/Boone is canon! Blimey. I guess the signs were there but I just put it down to me being corrupted by the influence of fandom. I guess they're not blood siblings but it's still pretty darn incestuous. Heh. I never quite know what's round the corner with Lost and I'm always too thick to work out plot twists before they happen which is a good thing as it means I'm surprised easily!

In short: Kate - still annoying. Jack - still slightly annoying. Shannon and Boone - up on my interesting scale if only for the fact that Boone's quite obviously a little fucked up (and has bizarre, pale, scary eyes). Sayid - still hot. Sun - love her. Locke - getting irritating. Charlie - probably on a quest to find god again. Meh. Still very lovely though.

There was a coffee morning at work this morning where people bring in cakes etc. I'm not one for worrying about my weight because I really don't need to. But damn. I'm going to be the size of a house-side soon if I don't stop eating so much shit and sitting on my arse all day! Eaten today (not including meals): Two flapjacks, two lemon curd tarts, piece of chocolate cake, a little lemon fairy cake, a bit of a chocolate eclair, four small flake chocolates (they're some new kind of box of chocolates) and three Roses/Quality Streets. I nearly bought a Yorkie in the bus station in town but luckily the bus came... All I can say is that one morning I'm going to wake up to find my magic metabolism will have given up the fight in the night and I'll have turned into one of those people off Jerry Springer where they have to take the side of the house away to get me out of the bed.

I'm currently sitting in bed with my dressing gown hood up and Bill sleeping on my feet. I refuse to freeze to death in my own house.

ETA: mctabby's Summary Executions never fail to kill me with laughter - awful fic summarys culled mainly from fanfic.net. I've loved them from way before I had anything to do with the HP fandom. Great stuff.
