Why are NTL so shit? Why? I've got an engineer coming out on Saturday to look at my modem so we'll see what happens (if they actually bother to turn up). I'm not expecting any miracles though.

ETA: I've just looked back through my LJ to see when these problems started - the 25th February. That's just ridiculous.

I too hope that they show up because I'll have wasted a whole afternoon if not! Then again, when our TV cable box wasn't working properly, the engineers didn't turn up three times in a row, with various different excuses. Pile of crap.
