I'm using this icon in honour of last Saturday's Merlin. Can this show get any more fabulous, people? I think not. Rainbows and unicorns all the way. And now we know that Merlin is a blushing maiden indeed. I hope Arthur doesn't let that sorry state of affairs go on for too long, not now we know what is truly in his heart.

'I'm glad you're here, Merlin.' I adore that scene. It's shot so beautifully, and both Colin Morgan and Bradley James look gorgeous. It's all just so romantic. Ok, maybe the bit with the rat stew wasn't terribly romantic, but it was funny, and I loved it that both of them had the same idea as soon as Morgana appeared. The past two episodes have been great for showing us the budding relationship between the two. Only two more episodes to go. D:

I was just surfing around Rainbow Brite websites (as you do when you're thinking about unicorns and sparkly, fabulous things) and found an amazing website called The World of 80's Unicorns!. Unfortunately for us all, it was last updated way back in 2000. Back then, it seems red comic sans text on a repeating background of a mostly blue picture was legible. Obviously people's eyes have evolved in the last eight years and we can no longer read it.

I've been just adoring Merlin. Between Merlin/Arthur and Gwen/Morgana it's a shippy heaven - the episode where they all go on a roadtrip to Merlin's home village? I almost died of glee. It's like some gloriously cracked-out Smallville medieval AU except Lex is never going to go evil. I can't wait for the inevitable love spell gone wrong episode.

Gwen/Morgana seems to get left by the wayside what with the dazzle left by Merlin/Arthur. There doesn't seem to be enough love for it for my liking!

I may have watched the roadtrip to Merlin's village episode quite a few times. I just had to keep checking it was real. IT WAS!

You're right! It is! Secret powers, hot and powerful boyfriend, Magnificent Bastard for a father, gutsy female sidekick! They did say that Smallville was an inspiration...

I am beginning to be genuinely worried as to how I'll cope once the weekly dose of slashy unicorn-blessed love is withdrawn, at the very least could they confirm a second series so I can go on the hunt for new filming pics. This show has eaten my heart and brain, it's quite scary really... :)

I think I may go into permanent withdrawal if they don't confirm a second series. FOR REAL. I've not loved a show this much for a long time.

Merlin is so romantic. Even at work my wallpaper is Merlin-themed. I do love it so. They are blossoming together. *sigh*

Comic sans! Some people in my company use comic sans as their default email text (also usually in big font size and a strange colour). Aaaaargh! People don't understand why it makes me cry!

I adore that Merlin can pet teh Unicorn. And that they just put that in there. because nobody would notice that at all. really. ... :)
