Aaaargh. There's a massive bluebottle in my room and I can't get it. Where's it come from? It needs to go away to somewhere else and stop thudding its fat body on every surface in my room.

In other news, this week, I have mostly been mainlining Atlantis fic. It's been good.

It's weird getting back into a fandom where new stuff is coming constantly. I've got too used to Harry Potter where everything stays static and it can take years for things to get Jossed.

I am delighted to say it's becoming plotty and I've used the word 'cock' twice now, which makes me feel very grown up.

Ha! Now I definitely can't wait to read it when it's done! ;) Don't worry, I'll hit you with sticks and bribe you with Ben n Jerry's. Or maybe I could hit you with Ben n' Jerry's. Hmmmm...

Heh, yeah, good point! Having new canon every week is definitely an odd experience in terms of fandom for me, too. Haven't had that since Buffy ended, really, since I didn't pay much attention to S5 Angel.

I definitely approve of hitting me with Ben n' Jerry's! Though it may not be very conducive to me sitting down and writing fic... still, I'll have fun eating all the little phishies. *g*

Just don't bribe me with sticks. Unless they're really interesting ones.
