I was spoiled slightly for Carson's death when everyone else was but I had no idea it was going to be this episode. :( Carson wasn't one of my favourite characters but I think he probably deserved something a little less random than an exploding tumour. And what was that all about at the end with Rodney talking to him against the fake background? Bizarre.

I did like the episode in parts though. It was quite obvious that they were trying to shoehorn some character moments in and some random background story (Sheppard's ex-wife?!) but I still appreciated it. Rodney got to chastise people whilst wearing a dressing gown and Sheppard got to ask Ronon if he left a boyfriend behind on Sateda. Can't all be bad!

I'm almost all caught up with my TV now. I've got two episodes of Lost to watch, two BSG, the latest SGA and the latest Heroes (which I'm really enjoying by the way!).

David Nykl has been confirmed as an extra guest at Peg 2! Hurrah! That's made me pretty happy! I can't believe it's only a week and a half away actually. It's nearly a year since we booked the tickets!

ETA: There was actually snow on the ground this morning! I think it must be winter finally!

This time next week we'll be there! I think I'd better think about food as well! What did we have last time in our 'fridge'?

It was 3x17 but some of the torrents were labelled 3x14 because of the order they were filmed in. Or something. I didn't quite understand.
