So, Galactica 3. What debauchery! Or we've watched eight episodes of Life on Mars in two days. You choose!

It's been great fun. The four guests have been great - three of them were convention virgins so I think the 178 attendees were less intimidating than an event where there are 800 attendees. Alessandro Juliani (sp?) is really very cute.

emony has been quite disgusted by maryavatar and I talking constantly about dead animals, poo and severed limbs. I don't see what her problem is really. Who doesn't want to discuss whether Immortals limbs can reattach if they're out of the line of sight? I think we also talked about squeegeeing people off ceilings. Not sure in connection with what now. I'm sure it was very interesting though.

Glad it's been such fun. I bet it was nice and intimate, especially with 3 con n00bs. Who were the other two? I know about Alessandro Juliani and Tahmoh Penikett. Also, did you get my text on Friday with helpful suggestions about what questions to ask?? *g*

I know - such sophisticated topics. Em kept dropping off to sleep until we started talking about proper things such as the length of barnacle penises.

It was fun. We didn't really make it down to any of the parties though - apart from the Friday night thing (which all the attendees got to go to because there were so few).

The other two were Leah Cairns (Racetrack) and Rekha Sharma (Tory, the President's aide). They were good fun on the stage.

I got half the text - the end of it seemed to be missing! Someone asked Tahmoh Penikett which guy Helo should hook up with - he declined to answer. I think someone asked Alessandro Juliani the same thing before we arrived at the talk, and from what I can gather, he answered Gaius! Obviously!

I seem to recall talking about barnacle penises with you before. Possibly when you were here in Dublin, but possibly at another time. Is this a topic of particular interest for you? Perhaps you should forsake the world of pharmacies for the heady rush of studying the relative lengths of the penises of various sea creatures?

Yes, it's likely that it's cropped up before! Mary was talking about surveying organisms on beaches I think. And don't forget that Darwin was very into barnacles and devoted many years of his life on them!

I think the gist of the message got through - it was probably just the last few words that were missing. I think he already did hook up with Gaius, hence the lovers tiff (probably over the killing of many innocent people!) which culminated in the stabbing in the neck incident!
