The rest of England seems to be underwater but Hull is not (yet). Yay! I'm not sure why as it doesn't seem to have stopped raining for the last three years. I can't remember the last time I saw some sky.

emony just mentioned that she's sad that she's not going to Peg3 this weekend and so am I really. :( I've got no conventions lined up this year at all which is just not on. I know that the usual suspects have mentioned having a meet up at some point which I think we should definitely do.
I don't think I loved the episode as much as some but I did enjoy it. I adored the Ronon/Keller bits. Adored! And I loved all the John and Teyla moments (especially John escaping the emotional situation by chucking a chair through the window and climbing up the tower!). Chuck got some proper screen time too which was great. I wasn't so enamoured of the Rodney/Katie Brown bits (and what does it say about Katie Brown that she's never called just Katie?). I was glad that they ended the relationship because it clearly wasn't going to go anywhere and I was glad they didn't kill her, but I just felt a bit sorry for all concerned really. I guess Rodney got over it all by going and having mad hot sex with the Colonel. God, if only SGA took a leaf out of the Torchwood book eh?
For the first time in ages, I stayed up late on a school night reading McKay/Sheppard fic: Forget Me Not bymaisierita. It's in five parts, pretty long, and it sucks you right in. It's prison fic and amnesia fic, but manages to make the clichés work really well. I sometimes forget that I love long and plotty stuff.

I can totally see Sheppard doing that! In fact, I'm pretty sure that he does something along those lines in private as he is really a big dork.

LOL! I can't imagine who you're trying to target there! ;);) But to be fair, the TORCHWOOD would probably pull me in too. (And probably TOP GEAR unfortunately. Oh the shame.)
And yes, it's not too much of a stretch to think that Sheppard's dork dance (and I'm pretty convinced he's got one now) may show up on our screens at any time.
