Is the UK getting SG-1 ahead of the US now? Is that why people were only just talking about the Claudia Black episode? I'm so out of the Stargate loop.

Thoughts on todays episode: Surely Daniel can't be dead again. How many times can someone die?! I refuse to believe he's going to be dead for good (again). Humph. This is because I took my Daniel magnet to work today isn't it. Stupid T-1000 Replicator Carter. Actually, the Freak of the Week in Smallville yesterday had the same ability to turn his limbs into metal knives. Co-incidence? Or are the replicators invading Smallville?

In other news - Sheppard is mensa smart. How can Rodney resist him now he knows that? He can't.

we are just now starting the second half of the Stargate/Atlantis seasons and all of Battlestar Galactica. We have this two or three month hiatus in the middle. It's maddening.

I bet it's very maddening! How come you're still ahead with Atlantis though? Very strange. I know we're usually ahead of the US by the end of the season of SG-1 but I'm sure it's not usually by this much. What's the reasoning behind the break in schedule?

you know, I have no idea why there's that huge mid-season break. We start in June and go to Sept(?) and then we start again in Jan. I guess it's like 3 months on/3 months off. That way they get their big season premiers in the middle of the summers when there's nothing else on (that's not reruns). Some places have seen the season finales already. And there are so many tempting things out there: torrents of the new eps being the hardest to resist. I broke on Atlantis: The Eye. I saw it twice on my comp and then three times when it was aired here. I'm only a little bit addicted :)
