New Theban Band Sirius/Remus manip. Guh.

I've been off work this week. It's been absolutely lovely not having to be at work. I've been having to go down to the stables in the morning and evening to give Oscar his various potions but I can't complain really, especially when comedy things happen such as my brother managing to tip an entire barrow of horse muck down his legs and all over his feet. How I laughed.

I'm also happy because I'm writing this on my shiny new laptop which came today. I managed to set up all the wireless thingymabobs without a hitch so I'm in my room with it. How exciting! It's like Christmas come early.

I'm off down to see my friend in Cambridge tomorrow for a night which should be cool and one of my other friends from uni is coming down too. And then it's my birthday on Sunday!

ETA: I finally tracked down the maker of this icon and had to use it even though it's so old because it's just that fabulous.

Edited again to say: anniesj made me realise earlier that my ever present big nose fetish and David Thewlis go together well. The boy that I'm stalking I have a passing interest in at work has a lovely large straight nose. Mmmmm... noses.
