anansi boys in hull?

Been to Hull. We got slightly lost on the way and had a wonderful tour of some grotty industrial estates. Lovely. On our tour we found Spider's Nightclub that had delightful spiders webs on the outside. I wonder if it belongs to the brother of Fat Charlie? ;)

The offices up there have automatic paper towel dispensing machines in the toilets where you just wave your hand over a sensor and it comes out. It really is quite awesome if you're easily entertained like me.

My left wrist really hurts for no apparent reason.

I can't believe I just made a post where the main feature was a paper towel dispenser. That really is the height of cool.

ETA: Just because I haven't moaned about it recently - my internet connection is still shit. It's mostly fine if I'm just browsing, but if I try to upload/download anything, it becomes evident that the connection is fluctuating wildly. I may have to battle nthell customer support again this week. *sigh*
