supermarket sweep

I haven't watched any of my TV shows this week. I'm so behind. I'll have a nice few hours tomorrow where I'll sit down and watch them all in one go.

I took a day off work yesterday because I've got loads of time left still to take this year. I got a hair cut (and it wasn't at my usual place because I couldn't be bothered to travel there) and it looks really good. I hadn't had it cut for quite a while so even if she'd just chopped off the bottom it would have automatically looked twelve times better! I also bought some new glasses (and omg my prescription is so strong now) but I won't get them for another 7 to 10 days. I want them now! They suit me much better than my current ones because I got them when my hair was still blonde and now they're way too light for my hair. I also bought lots and lots of clothes for work. I'm not going shopping now for many months because a) five hours shopping is enough to last me a life time and b) I literally spent hundreds of pounds. Ooops. I had quite a good day though! ;)

I had Oscar's shoes put back on this afternoon. I've going to see if he's sound enough to ride next weekend after I've given him some painkillers. I think I'm going to have to admit soon that he should just be officially retired. :(

And by the way, I am still around and reading, I've just not been very visible!
